I, of course, wanted to reconnect and hear more about the hotel space and how things are evolving in a post pandemic world… and also to claim her as the podcast hotel Subject Matter Expert. crowned
We do get to that…I don’t want to give too much away but I will say this, Heather is one of my favorite storytellers, and she does not disappoint in this episode either. Her stories start almost right out of the gate.
