When You Need a Little Help Finding the Path
My guest in this episode Is Natasha Golinsky, who could be one of those international soul mates that I never would have crossed paths with save this podcast.
Natasha and I connected to talk about her coaching business, her life in the entrepreneurial space, life as a mom. And the shift she made when she realized that even though she was living the life she though she wanted and had spent years living, she wasn’t really happy. She wasn’t aligned.
So, she found a crew to help her navigate her life to her highest values. And then we got derailed in the best way…
Human Design You Say?! Like a Human Algorithm??
I had never heard about human design, but it is a mighty rabbit hole. Like astrology, human design looks at the alignment of the planets on the day, time, and place of your birth but unlike astrology it combines. Western astrology, the 64 hexagrams of the I’Ching, the Kabbalah’s Tree of Life and the Hindu-Brahmin Chakra Model.
Whether you like to tread in the Woo or not, Human Design is like reading your personal algorithm, full of explanations of your personality and character. The strangest feeling of relief came over me when I read mine, as if I didn’t have to fake aspects of my personality that weren’t aligned anymore. I don’t know, I’m a believer that if you feel like something is helping then maybe it just is.
As it turns out, I’m a 2/5 Manifesting Generator. Natasha is a Projector and those details are just a tiny scratch on the surface of the rabbit hole I’ve gone down the last few weeks.
